Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
Supervise office and volunteer staff
