Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise sales staff and cashiers, assign tasks, and manage work schedules to ensure smooth store operations.
• Monitor team performance, maintain productivity, and uphold high customer service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.
• Oversee financial transactions, including authorizing payments, processing returns, and supervising cash handling procedures.
• Manage inventory, track stock levels, and ensure timely merchandise replenishment.
• Maintain store presentation, including displays, signage, and overall cleanliness.
• Prepare and analyze reports on sales, staff performance, and operational metrics.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Perform key operational tasks as needed, including opening and closing the store and managing deliveries.
• Assist in executing marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive sales growth.

Job Requirements

• Completion of Secondary School.
• Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is an asset but not mandatory.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide staff effectively.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach to daily operations.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs, staffing challenges, and customer trends.
