Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour (wage determined based on experience and qualifications; higher wage levels apply for candidates with more extensive experience)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time (30 – 44 hours per week)

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Minimum 2 years of related experience
Preferred Personal Skills: Strong organizing skills

Job duties
• Keep records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance
• Monitor shelf stocks and maintain inventory
• Order merchandise
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Establish work schedules
• Authorize payments by cheque and/or return of merchandise
• Resolve issues such as customer complaints or supply shortages
