Hourly rate: $23.00 to $37.00/h (wage determined based on experience and qualifications; higher wage levels apply for candidates with more extensive experience)

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Preferred personal skills: Organizing skills

Job Duties
• Keep records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance
• Monitor shelf stocks and maintain inventory
• Order merchandise
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Establish work schedules
• Authorize payments by cheque and/or return of merchandise
• Resolve issues such as customer complaints or supply shortages
