Retail Store Supervisor Job

Amli Grocers Snack Shack Inc. O/A The Snack Shack, Chester's Chicken located at 313 Buffalo Street, Buffalo Narrows, SK, S0M 0J0 is currently looking for two (2) Convenience Store Supervisors. The Salary will be $33.60 per hour. These are full-time positions. We are seeking person with good supervisory and interpersonal skills. Applicant should be able to communicate in English. Person should be able to perform duties as mentioned below:

• Supervise, co-ordinate and facilitate the working of store cashiers
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Order merchandise
• Establish ways to meet the work schedule
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
