Education: High School
Experience: 1-2 years of experience
Language: Basic Knowledge of English
Job Duties:
• Oversee daily store operations, including glass cutting orders, customer service, scheduling, and opening/closing procedures.
• Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, performance monitoring, and enforcing safety procedures when handling glass.
• Ensure accurate measurement, cutting, and order fulfillment of glass products according to customer specifications.
• Provide excellent customer service by advising customers on glass types, sizes, pricing, and safe handling.
• Maintain inventory levels of glass sheets, tools, and supplies; place orders and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, equipment maintenance, and proper use of cutting tools and machinery.
• Handle sales transactions, pricing, quotes, invoicing, and basic reporting of daily sales and expenses.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail and workshop environment.
Working setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening or on weekends, if required.
