As a Retail Store Manager (NOC: 60020), you will perform some or all of the following duties:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store or department to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Lead the team by assigning tasks, guiding staff, and making sure work is completed properly
• Review market trends and customer preferences to understand demand and assess competition
• Decide what products or services to offer and set appropriate pricing and credit terms
• Work with suppliers and negotiate to purchase inventory when needed
• Plan and carry out marketing and promotional activities to boost sales
• Manage budgets, approve expenses, and keep track of revenue and financial performance
• Ensure a high level of customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
• Handle staffing needs, including hiring, training, supporting, and retaining employees
Qualifications:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 1-2 years of related retail or wholesale sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required.

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (35-40 hours/week)
Compensation: CA $ 44.50 /hour
