We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead our team.
Job Duties
• Direct and control daily retail store operations
• Plan, organize and evaluate store activities and sales performance
• Manage staff, assign duties and supervise 5–10 employees
• Recruit, hire and train store staff
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate merchandise procurement
• Determine products and services to be sold based on market demand
• Implement pricing and promotional strategies
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve store performance

Requirements
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or higher
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in retail or related supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
