Infinique & Natural Beauty Ltd is seeking a driven and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the operations of its Pura Vida skincare boutique located in Southcentre Mall at:
#74 100 Anderson Rd SE, Calgary, AB T2J 3V1

About Us:
Pura Vida is a skincare boutique offering a wide range of beauty products, from daily skincare essentials to premium anti-aging solutions. The store also offers advanced services such as red and blue light therapy and complimentary skin consultations.

Position Details:
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Schedule: Shifts, including weekends
Salary: $96,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate retail operations and staff performance
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and merchandising
- Analyze market trends to determine consumer demand and sales opportunities
- Determine merchandise and service offerings; set pricing and promotional strategies
- Source suppliers, negotiate purchasing agreements, and manage inventory levels
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to increase sales
- Prepare and manage budgets, control expenses, and monitor financial performance
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, and oversee scheduling and performance management

Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary school is required
- 3-4 years of progressive experience in retail or wholesale sales
- Strong proficiency in English and excellent customer service skills
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness retail is an asset
