Job Duties:
• Oversee and evaluate the daily operations of the grocery store, ensuring smooth and efficient retail activities.
• Supervise, train, and schedule staff, assigning tasks to optimize productivity and customer service.
• Analyze sales data, consumer trends, and competitor activities to forecast demand and adjust sales strategies.
• Decide on product selection, pricing, and promotional policies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and securing quality merchandise.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
• Prepare and manage store budgets, approve expenditures, and monitor revenue performance.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer service and address inquiries, complaints, or service issues.
• Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and retention of staff to meet operational needs.

Skill Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Completion of post-secondary education in business administration or other related field is an asset.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a managerial role is required.
Language: Functional English language is required for this position.
