“ASJ Enterprise Ltd. O/A Pioneer On the Run” is seeking a self-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee operations across multiple gas station locations. The role involves managing daily site performance, training and developing both new and existing staff, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and fuel handling standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory control, and delivering consistent customer service across all locations. This position also requires setting clear performance goals and deadlines aligned with the company’s vision, while regularly reporting operational and financial results to senior management.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee daily operations across multiple gas station and convenience store locations to ensure consistent performance, compliance, and service standards.
• Lead and manage staff teams, including hiring, training, scheduling oversight, and performance management across all sites.
• Monitor sales, fuel volumes, and market trends to adjust product offerings and respond to local competition.
• Set and implement pricing strategies for fuel and retail items in line with market conditions and company guidelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain inventory levels and secure favorable purchasing terms.
• Plan budgets, control expenses, and track revenues to ensure profitability targets are achieved.
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
• Maintain high customer service standards by resolving escalated issues and improving overall customer experience.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
• Minimum 1 year to 2 years of experience in the position, similar position or Supervisory role is required
• Ability to supervise 11 to 15 people & basic knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented multi-tasking environment
• Fluent in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of confidentiality, integrity, ethics and professionalism
• Ability to work independently, flexible, good time management, organizational, good team work and Interpersonal Skills.
• Must be available for multiple shifts as per business requirements
• Must have a valid license as the position require travelling from one location to another
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
