Retail Store Assistant Manager Job

Permanent, Full-Time position. Salary: $43.27 Hourly, for 32.50 Hours per week. Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible. Location: Toronto, Ontario (1 vacancy).

Specific Skills:
Plan, manage, and coordinate the activities of store; Evaluate operations and prepare business development and advertisement/promotional strategies; Supervise and monitor the performance of staff; Assign work and maintain schedule for front desk and floor work units; Good understanding and knowledge of electronic and full suite of wireless phone products; Well conversant with the financing and other options for phone products and service plans to be sold; Resolve customer complaints, collect feedback, and communicate to management; Assemble financial information for budgeting purposes; Ensure inventory of store shelves and warehouse is adequate; Generate sales/inventory/financial reports; Ensure proper operation of front desk, store and warehouse equipment’s.
Job requirements/skill sets:
A successful candidate must have completed secondary school, have knowledge and related experience of a minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years in the wireless phone industry, be self-motivated, and work well in a team environment. Language – English
