Job Duties:
• Welcome customers and help identify the products or services they need, including the desired type, quality, and quantity.
• Provide guidance on product use, care, and features, including advice on specialized items or services offered.
Offer price estimates and explain payment options, warranties, delivery timelines, and any applicable trade-in allowances.
• Prepare items for sale, rental, or lease according to store procedures.
• Complete sales, rental, or lease agreements and process payments made by cash, cheque, credit card, or debit.
• Assist with organizing, stocking, and visually displaying merchandise to enhance customer appeal.
• Maintain accurate sales records to support inventory tracking and control.
• Use computerized systems to manage inventory, record transactions, and generate re-orders when needed.
• May handle online transactions and support sales made through internet-based platforms.
