Wage: $17.50/hour
Work hours: Monday-Sunday, 35 hours/week

Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation per annum or remuneration of 4% of basic salary

Job duties
Greet customers and identify their needs for mobile phones, tablets, accessories, and repair services.
Recommend suitable products and services based on customer requirements.
Assist customers with inquiries related to phone and tablet repairs, accessories, screen protector installation, system updates, and battery replacement services.
Prepare sales invoices, process cash, debit, and credit card payments through the point-of-sale system.
Receive customer devices for repair and accurately record service information.
Promote retail products, accessories, and available store promotions.
Restock merchandise and maintain attractive product displays.
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and welcoming.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support daily store operations and ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly stocked.

Job requirements
Completion of secondary school is required.
At least 1 year of experience in a retail sales role is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Attention to detail with good organizational ability.
Knowledge of mobile phones, tablets, accessories, or repair-related services is an asset.
