Job title: Retail sales supervisors (NOC 62010)
Nature: Full-time permanent
Wage: $18.00/hour
Work hours: Monday-Friday, 30 hours/week

Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation per annum or remuneration of 4% of basic salary

Job duties
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
Monitor and control store budget to ensure cost efficiency.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to management.
Assist the Manager in monitoring salon supplies (e.g., nail polish, beauty products, and office materials).
Oversee inventory levels of nail products, tools, and retail merchandise; place orders and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
Maintain communication with suppliers and vendors to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of products.
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer loyalty programs.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Ensure all sales and promotional activities comply with company policies and health and safety regulations.

Job requirements
Completion of a secondary school education is required.
Working experience in retail sales, customer service, or beauty service environments; prior supervisory or lead-hand experience is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; able to prioritize multiple tasks.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and support revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business operations.
