Bernhardt Auto Ltd o/a The Great Canadian Oil Change, located at 4607 Keith Ave, Terrace, BC V8G 1K2 urgently requires a Retail Sales Supervisor for their store. The job details are as follows:

Job Title: Retail Sales Supervisor
Number of Vacancy: 1
Term of employment: Permanent / full time 35 hrs./wk.
Compensation: $27/hr.
Job Location: 4607 Keith Ave, Terrace, BC V8G 1K2

Working Condition: Job involves late evenings, weekends and holiday work.

Duties involve: 

. Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff,
. Establish and maintain standards for sales, process and customer service,
. Assign duties to sales staff
. Implementing measures to avoid stock damage, theft, and wastage.
. Motivate sales staff to achieve targets.
. Ensure merchandise is displayed appropriately and strategically with proper signage and shelf placement.
. Train and guide new employees and schedule shifts,
. Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
. Handle store opening and closing responsibilities.
. Manage inventory and reorder when necessary
. Prepare daily /weekly sales and projected sales reports,
. Process returns / refunds,
. Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
. Perform other related duties.

Requirements:

. Education: Completion of Secondary School
. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience or in related occupation.  
. Language: English
