• Control and direct sales representatives and cashiers
• Delegate tasks to salespeople and create work schedules.
• Approve payments and product returns.
• Address potential concerns, such as consumer requests, grievances, and supply shortages.
• Keep a specific inventory and place orders for goods.
• Create reports on the number of sales, merchandising, and staff issues.
• Recruit, train, or plan for the training of new sales personnel, and track and analyze their performance.

Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience: 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience
