Job description:
Next Level Fitness Ltd. located in Surrey is looking for one full time Retail Sales Supervisor to join their team.
Job Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate staff and cashiers.
• Create work schedules and assign duties to workers.
• Approve payment transactions and return merchandise.
• Resolve customer issues, requests, complaints and meet supply shortages.
• Maintain the visual standards of the store and keep a check on store cleanliness.
• Keep track of counting and ordering inventory.
• Train, hire and arrange for the new staff and monitor their performance.
• Prepare reports of sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Develop and implement new strategies and ideas and sign for deliveries, if required.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 1-2 years of experience is required.
