Retail Sales Supervisor Job

Canada Golden Foods Limited is looking for a full-time permanent Retail Sales Supervisor to join our busy team!

Position: Retail Sales Supervisor (NOC 62010)
Vacancies: 1
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (5 days/week, 35 hours/week, weekdays)
Hourly Wage: $22.00
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: 1605 Caribou Street East, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail sales staff and customer service personnel
• Assign duties to sales workers and prepare work schedules
• Authorize payments, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high standards of customer service for both retail and wholesale clients
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment of edible oil products
• Maintain inventory records and oversee product display in the showroom
• Train and mentor new sales staff on product knowledge, sales procedures, and company policies
• Ensure compliance with company operational procedures and workplace safety standards
• Assist management in implementing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets
• Coordinate with logistics and packaging teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Position Requirements and Qualifications:
• Completion of high school education
• 2-3 years of work experience in retail industry
• Previous supervisory experiene is required
• Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Team player – positive, reliable and motivated, Flexibility
