We are currently looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team in London, ON.

Salary:
$36 per hour, 30 hours per week

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Supervise order merchandising and keep tracking fluctuating demands to adapt products inventory.
• Supervise, guide and motivate the retail sales team and cashiers.
• Supervise online order merchandising and keep tracking fluctuating demands to adapt products inventory.
• Participate in the recruitment of retail sales team positions and allocate tasks accordingly.
• Supervise staff scheduling and assign duties to the retail sales floor staff.
• Establish and oversee quality standards, and ensure store visuals, customer service, and health and safety are met.
• Oversee several sales activities aimed at increasing sales.
• Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
• Produce sales reports on assistance with managers to evaluate the performance of various products and make sound business decisions.
• Quick resolution of customer complaints related to product or service sales and enhance customer loyalty.
• Cultivate, build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and promote the company’s reputation.
• Maintain positive work relationships with all work associates and other divisions.

Qualifications:
• Completion of secondary school is required
• Minimum three years of experience in the sales position
• Prior team supervision experience preferred
• Fluency in written and verbal English
