Retail Sales Supervisor Job

Cloudtsar is looking for a qualified Retail Sales Supervisor that will perform the following roles:
1. Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
2. Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
3. Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
4. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints.
5. Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, and services requested.
6. Train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
7. Ensure the visual standards and image of the Office are maintained, such as Office displays, signage and cleanliness
8. May perform the same duties as workers supervised
9. May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, 10. developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.
