Job duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff and service staff.
Train staff in customer service, product knowledge, store procedures, and after-sales service standards.
Assist customers with inquiries related to phone and tablet repairs, accessories, screen protector installation, system updates, and battery replacement services.
Monitor sales operations and ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
Maintain inventory records of retail products, accessories, repair parts, and store supplies.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Authorize payments, returns, and exchanges when necessary.
Support daily store operations and ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly stocked.
Help implement store procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.

Job requirements
Completion of secondary school is required.
At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related supervisory role is preferred.
Ability to supervise, train, and coordinate staff in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Attention to detail with good organizational ability.
Knowledge of mobile phones, tablets, accessories, or repair-related services is an asset.
