Job title: Retail Sales Supervisor (NOC 62010)
Wage: $18.00/hour
Work hours: Tuesday-Sunday, 35 hours/week
Address: 408 Water St, St. John's, NL A1C 1C9
Nature: Full-time permanent.

Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation per annum or remuneration of 4% of basic salary

Job duties
Supervise and coordinate front counter and retail sales staff during daily restaurant operations
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers regarding product orders, deliveries, pricing, and inventory needs
Monitor inventory levels of beverages, packaged products, condiments, and restaurant supplies, and arrange restocking when necessary
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming deliveries to ensure product quality and accuracy
Maintain inventory records and report shortages, damaged items, or supply issues to management
Assist in negotiating product quantities, delivery schedules, and supply arrangements with vendors and suppliers
Ensure retail products and supplies are properly displayed, stored, labeled, and rotated
Assist management with daily operational reports, opening and closing procedures, and sales tracking
Job requirements
Completion of secondary school is required
Previous retail sales or customer service experience is required
Strong communication and coordination skills, especially when working with suppliers and vendors
Ability to monitor inventory levels and manage product ordering efficiently
Basic knowledge of inventory control, purchasing procedures, and cash handling
Strong time management and organizational skills required.
Ability to multitask and support overall restaurant operations during busy periods
Reliable, organized, and able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
