Icon Optical is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Sales Manager to oversee our retail operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction at our Markham location.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring optimal customer service.
Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff, fostering a motivated and high-performing team.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics, adapting strategies to improve store performance.
Maintain inventory accuracy, manage stock levels, and oversee purchasing.
Ensure compliance with company policies, retail procedures, and applicable regulations.
Resolve customer issues professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 years of experience in retail sales.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with an understanding of retail sales metrics.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
