Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
• Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of daily activities to ensure smooth workflow and operational success.
• Strategically plan, schedule, and organize daily tasks to optimize productivity and meet business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, sales trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and improve sales performance.
• Create and implement innovative marketing plans to drive customer engagement and increase revenue.
• Proactively resolve issues such as customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain disruptions to maintain high service standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team effectiveness, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth.

Requirements:
-Completion of Bachelor's degree or higher
-At least 1 year of relevant working experience
-Possesses and able to carry out work with the following characteristics:
Efficiency, Goal-oriented, Flexibility, Judgement, Organized, Team player, Ability to multitask
