Retail Sales Associate Job

Job Description:

• Greet customers and assist them with board games, TCG products, sleeves, dice, accessories and other hobby merchandise
• Recommend suitable products based on customer interest, age group, skill level, budget and product availability
• Explain basic product features, game categories, new releases and store promotions
• Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges through the POS system
• Restock shelves, organize displays and maintain a clean retail area
• Assist with inventory counts, price labeling, product receiving and merchandise organization
• Support in-store events
• Help prepare online/customer orders and answer basic customer inquiries

Requirements:

• Secondary or above
• Previous experience in retail sales is an asset
