Hours: 30–40 hours per week
Wage: $15.70 per hour

Job Duties
The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for performing the following duties:
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
• Provide accurate information on merchandise.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Process purchases using a cash register or POS system.
• Accept payments (cash, debit, credit) and issue accurate change/receipts.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are organized and stocked.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving/unpacking stock.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
• Promote in-store specials, loyalty programs, and promotional events.
• Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and procedures.
• Assist with merchandising, display setup, and signage.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.

Skill Requirements
Education:
• Secondary school education required.
Work Experience:
• No previous experience required — full training will be provided.
Language Requirements:
• English (required)
