Retail sale supervisor Job

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of retail sales staff

Assign duties and ensure sales targets and service standards are met

Resolve customer complaints and handle escalated service issues

Maintain inventory levels and coordinate ordering of merchandise

Train new employees on sales procedures, product knowledge, and company policies

Prepare sales reports and monitor staff performance

Ensure compliance with workplace safety, employment standards, and company procedures

Assist with merchandising, pricing, and promotional displays

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in retail sales

Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to supervise and motivate staff

Basic inventory and sales reporting skills

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Ability to work evenings/weekends if required
