Retail Sale Supervisor Job

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Store Supervisor to lead our team and deliver outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, retail management experience, and excellent communication skills. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, support and manage staff, and help drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous supervisory experience are considered strong assets.

Previous experience in retail supervision or store management
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are considered an asset
Knowledge of merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling procedures
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
Basic administrative skills, including scheduling, reporting and merchandising support
Excellent customer service and problem solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Familiarity with retail sales strategies and store operations best practices
