I recently reviewed your application for a Merchandising Rep position with Retail Merchandising Services (RMS). Thank you for your interest!
I am interested in setting up an interview with you to share more about our open position and to discuss your background and experience. However, first, I did want to take this opportunity to discuss compensation, work location and schedule for this position.
Compensation:
Pay for this position in Stoneham, MA is $16.70 per hour. RMS also provides pay increases based on length of time in role.
Location:
We are currently hiring a merchandising rep who will work primarily in the Target store located at 109 Main Street, Stoneham, MA 02180 (T3253) Although the rep we hire will go to this store on a regular basis, there will be weeks when they are required to visit surge stores. These stores are all within a 15-mile radius of the merchandising rep’s home address.
Schedule:
RMS employees can typically set their own schedules as far as what days and times they go into their store(s). For most scheduled projects, RMS reps have a minimum of a 4-day window and can choose the day/time they service. However, at times there may be projects that need to be done on a specific day/time. Reps also may be required to service their stores on multiple days each week depending on the project and number of hours assigned. We will discuss this in more detail during the interview.
Hours:
The workload in T3253 is estimated at 2-6 hours per week on average. Workload may vary drastically from week to week, as there will be some weeks that are slower, and others that are busier. RMS workload typically increases during the months of October, November, and December. Reps who are looking for additional hours will also enjoy the ability to pick up available work in surrounding work locations.
There are so many amazing things about RMS, but I am very transparent about our compensation, work location and schedule because these are such critical aspects to any employee-employer relationship!
