Title of the Position: Retail Establishment President

Main duties:
• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
• Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
• Develop and implement marketing and advertising and sales strategies
• Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
• Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals
• Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
• All other relevant tasks

Terms of Employment: Permanent Full Time

Wage: $47.00/hour

Job and Skill Requirements:
• Type of experience required: Sales and Marketing
• Economic specialization: International trade
• At least 5 years of relevant experience including specializing in international trade
• Attention to detail, Excellent written communication, Organized and Team Player
• Completion of a bachelor's degree
