In 1993, due to downtown redevelopment, it relocated to 295 Queen St. E.

• Adjust food preparation techniques and menu pricing in alignment with the restaurant’s budget.
• Coordinate and manage inventory efficiently.
• Provide training and guidance to staff.
• Reconcile cash transactions and complete financial reports.
