Restoration Supervisor Job

-Supervise, coordinate, and schedule workers on restoration and renovation projects.
-Coordinate project activities with project managers, clients, insurers, and subcontractors.
-Establish work methods and coordinate activities to meet project schedules.
-Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and project requirements.
-Inspect restoration and renovation work to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.
-Resolve work-related issues and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality.
-Requisition materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
-Train workers on job duties, procedures, company policies, and workplace safety.
-Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
-Supervise restoration technicians and construction labourers.

-Completion of secondary school is required.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or restoration, including supervisory experience in restoration, renovation, or related construction projects.
-Knowledge of restoration methods, demolition, drywall repairs, painting, finishing, interior renovation, and workplace safety practices.
-Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
-Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel, as required.
-Flexible schedule required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.
