Restaurant supervisors perform some or all of the following duties:
• Supervise and coordinate servers during daily operations
• Schedule staff and ensure adequate service coverage
• Maintain service quality and follow restaurant policies
• Train staff on service procedures and standards
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist customers
• Handle bills and process payments
Qualifications:
Minimum experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience, or college training in hospitality/food service
Education: Completion of secondary school
