Job Duties:
– Establish every day’s work schedules, assess workload, arrange staff shift schedules, and assign work to staff according to their work schedules
– Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff and cashiers
– Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
– Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
– Address customers’ complaints or concerns
– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
– Know well of the menus and dishes, flexible in adjustment when necessary
– Take take-out orders, supervise and check the delivery for take-out orders
– Negotiate with client for group/party/ceremony catering and relavent services
– Negotiate with current and potiential suppliers for best deals
Job Requirements:
– 2 or more years of experience in a restaurant supervision and management position or other similar positions
– Excellent customer service skills
– Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to work independently and in a team.
– Have excellent effective interpersonal skills.
– Have excellent business negotiation skills.
