Job Description:
MPD Mantra LLC dba MoMo Grill seeks a Restaurant Operations Manager in Saratoga, CA
• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily restaurant operations across multiple locations to ensure consistent service standards, food quality, and customer experience
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate restaurant staff, including kitchen personnel, service staff, and shift supervisors
• Develop employee work schedules, manage staffing levels, and oversee payroll coordination to ensure efficient labor utilization
• Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures related to food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and customer service
• Monitor inventory levels, manage vendor relationships, and oversee purchasing of food, supplies, and equipment
• Analyze sales reports, operating costs, and labor expenses to control budgets and improve profitability
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues using independent judgment to maintain service quality and brand reputation
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health regulations, labor laws, and local/state licensing requirements
• Coordinate promotional activities, menu implementation, and operational improvements to support revenue growth
• Prepare operational reports and provide performance updates to ownership or senior management
Job entails working with and requires at least high school diploma with 2 years of experiences in:
