Education: High school required.
Ability to Supervise: Staff in various area of responsibility.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Language: Strong English skills
Work Settings: Restaurant, person should be able to work in day, evening, weekend and or on call.
Job Duties:
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
• Respond to customer complaints.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed properly.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performances.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
• Trains new staff and supervise the overall staff.
• Should be customer oriented.
