Restaurant Manager Job

We are full service Korean style cuisine in Victoria, BC. Now we are currently seeking experienced Restaurant Manager.

Position: Restaurant Manager
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 hours per week)
Wage: $38.50 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and organize daily operations and evaluate daily operations
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
- Monitor staff performance and recruit staff
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Conduct performance reviews
- Control and manage inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers
- Resolve customers' complaints or concerns

Requirement:
- 3 years of experience in food service sector including some supervisory experience
- Completion of college diploma
- Able to communicate in English
- Responsible beverage service certificate
