Nubo Eatery Ltd dba Nubo Kitchen + Bar is hiring Restaurant Managers for our Victoria, BC location. This is a permanent full-time position with a wage of CAD $37.00 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week. The work must be completed on site at the physical restaurant location, and there is no option to work remotely.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the daily operations of the restaurant. Main duties include analyzing budgets to boost and maintain restaurant profits, developing budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen supplies and cleaning supplies, monitoring revenues and labour costs, modifying food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget, and implementing operational procedures.
The Restaurant Manager will also recruit and supervise staff, organize and maintain inventory, cost products and services, balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, determine the type of services to be offered, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
Applicants must be able to communicate in English. A secondary high school graduation certificate is required. Applicants should have 3 years to less than 5 years of related restaurant management or food service management experience.
