Restaurant Manager Job

1546697 BC LTD dba Ustaad G76 Victoria at 1015 Fort St, Victoria, BC V8V 3Z9 is hiring a Restaurant Manager for a full-time and permanent position.

Duties would be
• To plan, organize and direct control and evaluate the operations of restaurant, or other food or beverage service,
• Determine type of service to be offered and implement operational procedures,
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training,
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance,
• Control inventory and monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices,
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed,
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies,
• Negotiate arrangements with clients,
• Coordinate with franchise for various promotional offers and corporation procedures.

Requirement
Education: Completion of secondary school is required. Education in hospitality is asset Language required is English.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year or more experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required.

What we offer
Salary: $28.00/hr will be given.
Hours of work: Minimum work of 30 to 40 hrs per week will be given, along with 2 days off per week.
Location : 1015 Fort St, Victoria, BC V8V 3Z9.
