Restaurant Manager Job

We are fully serving Japanese style cuisine in Victoria, BC. Now we are currently seeking a Competent Restaurant Manager.

Position: Restaurant Manager
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 hours per week)
Wage: $36.70 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize the daily activities at the restaurant, kitchen, bar and hall
- Resolve issues such as customer complaints
- Make sure health and safety regulations are followed
- Determine type of services to be offered
- Oversee staff training and monitor staff performance
- Control inventory and modify or set prices
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and clients for catering or events

- 3 year of work experience in food service sector including supervisory experience
