Restaurant manager Job

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Decide on the types of services to be provided and implement appropriate operational procedures.
- Hire staff and manage their training and development.
- Create work schedules for staff and evaluate their performance regularly.
- Manage inventory levels, track revenue, and adjust processes or pricing strategies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers to secure food and necessary supplies through negotiation.

- Education: Completion of secondary school education is required.
- Experience: Secondary school education plus extensive work experience (4 – 5 years) or post-secondary education in Business management or Hospitality would be an asset.
