Job duties:
The Restaurant Manager will perform the following duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily restaurant operations
• Establish service procedures, monitor performance and improve service quality
• Recruit, train and manage staff, prepare work schedules and evaluate performance
• Manage operating budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and control inventory
• Negotiate with suppliers for food, beverages and supplies, and coordinate catering arrangements
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Qualifications:
Minimum experience: 2 years of relevant experience in the restaurant or food service industry
Education: Completion of a college diploma or higher
