Job Description:
Kosoo Korean Chicken & BBQ located Vancouver downtown, is currently seeking qualified Restaurant Manager
Employer: Kosoo Korean Chicken & BBQ
Primary Work location: 1128 Robson St, Vancouver, BC V6E 1B2
Position: Restaurant Manager
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30~35 hours per week)
Wage: $37 per hour
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Requirement:
-3 years of experience in food service sector including some supervisory experience
-College diploma in hospitality or food service management or related
-English ability (able to communicate) is required
Main Job Duties:
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Recruit staff and monitor staff performance
- Set staff work schedules
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Control inventory and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns
