Tasks:
Oversee, design, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Execute operational strategies and determine menu offerings.
Assisting in hiring new team members and providing training to them.
Prepare and manage weekly staff schedules.
Monitor employee performance and prepare reports for management.
Manage inventory levels, ensure adequate supply of food ingredients, and place orders in a timely manner.
Prepare budgets and set pricing strategies based on market trends and competition.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Enforce health and safety policies to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
Perform other related duties as required.
