Restaurant Manager Job

1363557 BC Ltd, Operating Name as a Karma Indian Bistro is looking to hire one Restaurant Manager for their business located at 2741 W 4th Ave, Vancouver,BC V6K 1P9, This is a full time permanent position for 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be performing the following job duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant.
- Look after the overall functioning of the restaurant.
- Set staff work schedules and monitor performance.
- Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for restaurant supplies.
- Provide suggestions to increase sales.
- Ensure health and food safety standards are followed.
- Resolve customer's complaints.

Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school education is required.
- Some years of work experience in food service sector is required.
- English as a language skill is required.

What we offer:
- $37.00 per hour.
- 4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period.
- Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time position
