Job Duties:
? Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
? Recruiting, training and supervising staff
? Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
? planning menus for special events
? handling customer enquire and complaints and greeting and advising customers
? making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.

Skills requirements.
? Completion of secondary school
? Minimum 1 years prior experience
? Ability to work as part of team, train and lead a team
? Client focused and ability to deliver excellent customer service
? Effective interpersonal skills
? Ability to remain organized and effective in busy restaurant setting
