Restaurant Manager Job

1399796 BC Ltd. operating as Kesari Sweets is looking for one Restaurant Manager for their restaurant located at 19475 Fraser Hwy, Surrey, BC V3S 6K7. This is a full-time position with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be performing the following job duties:

-Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations
-Determine types of services offered and implement operational procedures
-Recruit, hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff
-Schedule staff shifts and monitor employee performance
-Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock of food and supplies
-Monitor daily revenues, control costs, and adjust procedures and pricing when required
-Handle customer complaints and ensure high standards of customer service
-Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
-Negotiate with suppliers for food and other restaurant supplies
-Coordinate with clients for catering services, banquets, and facility rentals

Requirements:

-Completion of secondary school education is required.
-College degree in a related field will be an asset.
-2-3 years of work experience in the food service sector is required
-English as a language skill is required

What we offer:

-$37.00 per hour
-4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period
-Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time position
