Job Description
Aggarwal Sweets & Restaurant is seeking two experienced and motivated Restaurant Managers to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support staff in delivering high-quality dining experiences.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager will perform the following duties consistent with NOC 60030 –
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Monitor food preparation and service to ensure quality control standards are met.
• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate restaurant staff including servers, kitchen staff and supervisors.
• Manage staff schedules, shift assignments and performance management.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Control inventory, monitor food and beverage supplies, and coordinate purchasing.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and maintain repeat clientele.
• Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost control and revenue targets.
• Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

To be considered for this position, applicants should meet the following requirements:
• Completion of secondary school (high school) is required.
• A college diploma or certificate in hospitality management, restaurant management, or a related field is considered an asset.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the food service industry, including supervisory or management experience, is required.
• Strong leadership, organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively.
