Oh & Lee Food Ltd. dba Umami Sushi in Surrey, BC is looking for a skilled and experienced Full-time, Permanent Restaurant Manager.
Conditions:
• Position: Restaurant Manager (Full-Time, Permanent position)
• Hourly Wage: $29.00-$31.00 per hour (wage to be determined based on experience and skills)
• Working hours: 30-40 hours per week
• Ability to do shift work (daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Vacation: 10 days paid holidays per year or 4% gross salary
• Position Available: 1
Requirements:
• Education: Completion of a college diploma
• Experience: 3 years or more of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience
• Applicants from other provinces will also be considered
• Language: English

• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food orders

• Arrange work schedules for kitchen staff
• Order food supplies and kitchen equipment, track revenue, and modify procedures and prices
